Since launching in January 2024, Compiler hosted two pop-up tech policy salons in Barcelona during Mobile World Congress and on the sidelines of SXSW in Austin to bring together policymakers, industry and civil society. 

The pop-ups were made possible through event sponsorship from corporate partners OpenPolicy, Cinder, Tremau and Labrys as well as financial support from The Strauss Center for International Security and Law and the Center for Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies at The University of Texas at Austin.

Compiler will launch its Tech Policy Salon Series in October 2024 in Washington, D.C., to bring together an influential audience for networking and engaging interviews with newsmakers and tech influencers. It will become the must-attend event for anyone engaged in the policy conversation.
